Question: I love my TransGlobe apartment, but need more space. How can I apply to move to a larger suite?
Answer: Life situations change. Your Property Manager can assist you in seeking a transfer to a larger or maybe even smaller unit, either in your current property or in another TransGlobe property. A nominal administrative charge may apply.
Question: My employer has transferred me to another city. Can I transfer my lease to another TransGlobe Property in another city?
Answer: Your Regional Manager can co-ordinate with the Regional Manager for the new rental city in assisting you with applying for the new property. A nominal administrative charge may apply.
Question: I need to move out of the country. How do I assign my apartment?
Answer: Under certain circumstances and conditons, TransGlobe will allow a tenant to assign or sublet their rental unit. Your Property Manager will be happy to discuss this further with you. When a tenant wishes to proceed with a sublet or assignment, a nominal administrative charge may apply.
