Questions: How do I obtain a parking spot for my vehicle?
Answer: Please indicate on your rental application is you require a parking spot. Parking spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. A nominal fee for parking may be charged. Your Building Representative is responsible to allocate and manage the parking at your rental property.?

Question: Can I have more than one parking spot?
Answer: Parking spots are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Your Building Representative will be happy to assist you in renting an additional parking space.

Question: What happens if someone else is parking in my parking space?
Answer: As your Building Representative manages the parking at your rental property, please report any problems or concerns to their attention.

Question: What if my vehicle is damaged on TransGlobe Property?
Answer: TransGlobe strives to maintain secure premises but is not responsible for any theft or damage that may occur to your motor vehicle. Please report any theft or damage to your motor vehicle to the local police and proceed with a claim through your automobile insurance policy should the need arise. TransGlobe will cooperate with any police investigation as required.

Question: I don't need my parking spot any longer; do I still have to continue to pay for it?
Answer: We require 30 days written notice should you wish to give up your assigned parking spot. Please provide this written notice to your Building Representative who manages the parking at your property.

Question: May I keep an unlicensed vehicle on TransGlobe Property?
Answer: It is against TransGlobe policy to keep unlicensed vehicles at our properties. Our Property Managers will monitor with the assistance of our Building Representatives, the parking at their properties and will arrange to have any unlicensed or abandoned vehicles or vehicles that are not roadworthy removed from the property on a regular basis.
