TransGlobe Property Management Services value our front line employees and rely on them to be the first level escalation, should any assistance be required by our tenants. Our Building Representatives may be reached by phone, or in person at each property. TransGlobe Property Management Services' residents are provided with updated contact information for their Building Representative, Property Manager, Residential Property Administrator and Regional Manager on a regular basis. If a tenant does not have this information readily at hand, they can call our email our Customer Care Centre at 1-800-310-7000 or info@gotransglobe.com for assistance.

Any maintenance or administrative issues that cannot be resolved by our on site staff should be escalated to our Residential Property Managers. Our Residential Property Managers each manage a portfolio of several TransGlobe properties in close proximity to each other. Our Property Managers also oversee any problems or concerns that might arise that cannot be resolved by our on site staff. Our Property Managers work closely with our Residential Property Administrators who look after all administrative matters for the same grouping of properties.

Our Regional Managers oversee the management of a portfolio of properties within each local Region. Our Regional Office for our GTA Portfolio is located within our head office in Mississauga. Currently, we also have Regional Managers stationed in Kitchener, London, Ottawa, Nova Scotia, Calgary Victoria and Vancouver. Our Regional Managers are responsible to ensure our properties are well cared for by approving each and every tenant that we accept as well as approving what renovations and upgrades are completed for each suite in their portfolio at the recommendation of the Property Managers and Asset Managers for that property. Tenant concerns are also escalated to our Regional Managers when they cannot be resolved by our Property Managers.
