TransGlobe Property Management Services' Head Office which is located in Mississauga, ON is home to our Corporate (including Marketing), Finance (including IT), and Asset Management (including Commercial, Residential and Human Resources) Departments. This is where approximately 150 employees work each day to ensure that the infrastructure is maintained to allow our staff to provide the best possible service to our tenants.

TransGlobe Property Management Services' Residential Department is structured to provide an exceptional rental experience for our customers. From first contact with our on site Building Representative, who is trained to guide an applicant through our rental process and then if approved, through move in and beyond. Our Building Representatives, many of whom live on site, will ensure that our tenants are a good fit for each property. Once an applicant is approved, it is our Building Representative who will ensure that the move in experience is as stress free as possible, and that any maintenance or administrative concerns are addressed promptly throughout the tenancy, in accordance with our stringent standards.
